REFUND POLICY

The Constitution Keepers strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we want to make it right.

Return & Refunds Policy

  1. Notification: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. You can reach us at thekeepers202@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the defective or damaged item for our records.

  2. Eligible Criteria: Only items that are defective or damaged upon arrival are eligible for refund. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or items that have been opened or used.

  3. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and we have no control over that. Call your bank directly to get more information on their timeframe for processing refunds back into your account.

  4. Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs associated with your original order. 

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that you inspect your items upon delivery. If there are any visible signs of damage to the packaging, please document this with photos before opening the package.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the above criteria or if the return request is made after the stipulated 2-day period.
